Competitive sports that fit the home school schedule and put Christ first!
These action-packed competitive seasons will focus on traditional sport goals like improving coordination, agility, teamwork and overall fitness - while also introducing students to competing in a variety of exciting sports. The sports will include: Flag Football, Soccer, Bama ball, Ultimate Frisbee, 7 on 7 Football, and Baseball/Wiffle Ball! Whether your child is new to sports or a seasoned athlete we offer a great mix of leadership and character-building, fun, and the opportunities to compete! Athletes will not only grow in sport and experience but will more importantly do so in an environment centered on teaching athletes to live with Christ-like character.
Athletes are divided by age group below, open to grades 1-8:

Spring 2026 Semester
Sport 1: (1/5 - 2/4) Basketball - $150
Shepherds (Grades 1-4) M/W 2pm-4pm
Warriors (Grades 5-8) M/W 2pm-4pm
Student athletes will get to learn and compete in the fast paced sport of Basketball.
IMPORTANT! READ BELOW:
Shepherd aged athletes will be practicing and playing on lower sized hoops fit for their age and proper development
Warrior aged athletes will be playing on standard sized goals and court
We are going to be located outside of the Royal Palm Beach Rec Center - 100 Sweet Bay Ln. Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411.
All practices and games will include bible led discussions and prayer

Sport 2: (2/23 - 3/25) SOCCER - $150
Shepherds (Grades 1-4) M/W 2-4pm
Warriors (Grades 5-8) M/W 2-4pm
Student athletes will get to learn and compete in the exciting game of Soccer.
All practices and games will include bible led discussions and prayer
*No practice 3/16 & 3/18
Sport 3: (4/13 - 4/29) Variety Sports! - $150
Shepherds (Grades 1-4) M/W 2pm-4pm
Warriors (Grades 5-8) M/W 2pm-4pm
Student athletes will be learning and competing in Coach LeMon’s favorite games; Bama Ball, Mat Ball, Ultimate Frisbee, Wiffle Ball
All practices and games will include bible led discussions and prayer. This period will be 3 weeks as we head into Christmas break!

Weight Training
Introducing student-athletes to the benefits of strength training, athletic performance, and injury prevention. Focused on building solid foundations, this offering emphasizes proper technique, body awareness, and balanced development to prepare athletes as well as non athletes for long-term success in sport, fitness, and long term health. Our approach emphasizes safety, reduces the risk of injury, and focuses on achieving real, measurable progress. This class is taught by a certified high school weight training coach. This is a great option for older students who are competing in high school sports or looking to increase overall strength for life!

Coach LeMon is the founder of Pro423 and the heart behind its mission. A devoted husband and proud father of four children, he brings both personal dedication and professional experience to everything Pro423 offers. With a deep passion for health, fitness, and faith, Coach LeMon has recently served as the middle and high school Health and Nutrition teacher at The King's Academy. His coaching background includes leading middle school football and basketball teams as Head Coach and serving as the JV basketball coach.
As a certified High School Weight Training Coach, Coach LeMon combines expert training methods with a Christ-centered approach. He is especially passionate about helping students grow stronger in both body and spirit through purposeful training and mentorship.
